3. Excellence Nessuah will notify the investor by e-mail upon receiving the money and after the actual stock purchase.

4. Excellence Nessuah will purchase the shares on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange, convert the shares to a share certificate on behalf of the investor name and send the certificate to the investor by DHL/UPS.
